We have recently had our Porch Roof repaired and made water tight! We were, at this time, not able to get any grants and have completely depleted our building fund to pay £27,000 for the repairs. We are also still needing to replace our heating system which will cost around £45,000. This has to be fully funded as we do not have the financial capacity to cover these costs.
