Pew Sheet

2 metre Social Distancing rules will strictly apply at all times, with set seating arrangements.

We are not allowed to give out Bibles or service books; pew sheet, Bible readings and a disposable service sheet are provided – please take them home with you to use or dispose of; do not hand them back.

No refreshments as the hall remains closed; the toilet can be opened at your request.

Please ask if you would like a candle lit – as there is a fire hazard from hand gel, do not attempt this yourself.

It is your choice whether to take Holy Communion today, which will be bread only with the priest taking the chalice on behalf of everyone. Please carry a service sheet with you if you would prefer a blessing.

We have a duty of care for all, and are following the strict guidelines of the Church of England.

I would like to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everybody at St Botolph’s and St Mark’s for your warm and friendly welcome to me as your Priest in Charge.   The Licensing service was a simple but very moving service. I would like to thank all those who were involved and for all those who were praying for me and were there with us in spirit. May I also thank you all for the prayers, cards, emails and the wonderful and unexpected gifts I received at the welcoming service. I was truly shocked and humbled by your demonstration of Love and warmth. Each one of those gifts is a manifestation of how much you care and hope to support me as your Priest in Charge.

I pray that just as you have shown such amazing trust and confidence in me, I will be able to lead this parish so that we can grow together spiritually and in love.

On behalf of myself, Dennishia and Delia I thank you all. May God bless you.           Fr Cyril
